The Making Ministry Blog (2 Corinthians 3:18 AMP)

There have been so many things happening as I’ve pressed further in to the secret place in my prayer time. This is where I am finding myself:

37 As He was approaching [the city], at the descent of the Mount of Olives, the whole crowd of the disciples began to rejoice and to praise God [extolling Him exultantly and] loudly for all the mighty miracles and works of power that they had witnessed,

38 Crying, Blessed (celebrated with praises) is the King Who comes in the name of the Lord! Peace in heaven [freedom there from all the distresses that are experienced as the result of sin] and glory (majesty and splendor) in the highest [heaven]! – Luke 19:37-38 AMP

I’ve been extolling Him loudly; I’ve been crying; I’ve been brought to my knees to worship; I am overwhelmed by the glory and by the King of Glory. Whoever said, “quiet” is the only way missed this scripture and this one:

He replied, I tell you that if these keep silent, the very stones will cry out. – Luke 19:40 – AMP

I issue a spiritual dare to you:

* Increase time dwelling in the secret place

* Get specific about the stubborn things in your life, ministry, and the life of others. Allow Holy Spirit to direct you to the scriptures to stand in for those “hard” issues. Here’s one to start you off with: Alas, Lord God! Behold, You have made the heavens and the earth by Your great power and by Your outstretched arm! There is nothing too hard or too wonderful for You. – Jeremiah 32:17 KJV

* When you see Him beginning to move miraculously do a Luke 19:37-39, and I decree the glory of Elohim will overtake you and overwhelm you.

The reason why many  ministers will never live in the glory or even create a habitation for the Most High Elohim (God) is because they are unwilling to walk in strict obedience.  We must strictly and unhesitantly obey all that God commands in order to create a place where His glory abides.  So don’t be fooled by those who say, “His glory abides here” or “it abides over there,” but when you look at their lives, you see all kinds of sin and disobedience.

I highly doubt the rigidly righteous God, who created us to obey Him as the King of Glory that He is, is abiding there.  We are funny people!  We want what God possesses and who He is, but we don’t want want to obey Him (i.e., do what it takes) to receive it.  Then, we start making up stuff, fabricating things, and eventually deceiving ourselves and others into believing that we are obeying and that He is dwelling with us.  I come today to tell you if you are not walking in strict obedience, The King of glory shall not come in.  I don’t care how much you lift up you head (and hands), quote Psalm 24:7-10, and dance around. 

If you hopped over Psalm 24:3-5 have not lifted up you life as a holy sacrifice, The King of Glory is not coming

When you are under the cloud, you only move when He says move.   You don’t make hasty moves when you are under the cloud because you know His protection and power may not follow.  What hasty moves (i.e., financial, ministerial, business, family decisions) are you making?  It’s a dangerous thing to move when the cloud isn’t moving.  It can hurt your life and the life of others.

Mentee, if we are going to live in the glory, we have to learn to move with the cloud, stay under the cloud, and how to cause others to come under the cloud.  I pray that your spiritual senses become heightened to when God wants you to stay, advance, or move forward.  There is a fresh glory under the cloud, and books are birthed; ministries are born; new Kingdom legislation is established.  Many blessings await you, mentee under the cloud.  The blessings of safety, audibly clear communication with God, and divine instructions for those He’s called you to lead are under the cloud.

Moses entered into the midst of the cloud and went up the mountain . . . Exodus 24:18 AMP

For the cloud of the LORD was on the tabernacle by day, and fire was in it by night, in the sight of all the house of Israel throughout all their journeys. – Exodus 40:38

The pillar of cloud by day and the pillar of fire by night did not depart from before the people. – Exodus 13:22 AMP

Under the cloud there is:

• Protection
• Provision
• Prosperity
• Health
• Wellness
• Peace
• Prayer
• Obedience
• And so much more . . .

Are you under the cloud?  If you are experiencing these bulleted items, you can answer affirmatively.  Now, I’m not talking about an occasional manifestation of the above (e.g., prosperity).  That which I see is a consistent stream of glory (i.e., a flow if you will).  Well, this is a call to come into that place.  Get under the cloud!  If you need help getting here, reach out to me.

And they will tell it to the inhabitants of this land. They have heard that You, Lord, are in the midst of this people [of Israel], that You, Lord, are seen face to face, and that Your cloud stands over them, and that You go before them in a pillar of cloud by day and in a pillar of fire by night.  - Numbers 14:14 AMP

Almost 10 years ago when I facilitated a bible study in my home, Elohim spoke prophetically to that small intimate group of desperate, hungry women, and He told us that we would wear His glory like a fur.  We would live in His glory.  We wouldn’t take it off and put it on, but we would wear it like a woman wears a fur coat.  I’m now coming into this prophecy as I can feel (i.e., spiritually discern) a draping, or robing if you will, of His glory on me and upon me.  Only He can cause us to “be” glory and hence wear His glory like a garment.  He promised to put a ring on our finder, robe us, and give us a new name (Isaiah 61, 62:2-3, 66:22, Luke 15:22, Revelation 2:17, 3:12)!

Too many of us focus solely on wearing the armor of Elohim (God).  Yes, we should as we battle the antagonistic enemy of the Spirit called flesh (includes your flesh and the flesh of others).  Yes, we should keep on and never take off the armor of God, but what about your glory clothes . . . are you wearing them?

As God takes you into His glory and the very holiness of His temple, He’ll call you to look away for a season.  He does this so we can see what He sees.  As I was so caught up in my pursuit of His glory, He caused me to look away by giving me a dream that exposes profane priests, leaders, and prophets.  He took me in His chamber and counseled me on how to prophetically speak to what He sees.  Mentee, there is a time to look away from the manifested glory to look at what the manifested glory is looking at.  That time is now!  I invite you into the hidden chamber of glory.

I’ve mentored you in the area of The Rich Treasury of His Glory containing all the strength you’ll ever need to complete the things He’s assigned your hands.  I pray you are tapping into the treasury even now.  This must become a spiritual discipline in your life, minister.  We can do nothing without Him, and we certainly can’t do ministry in our strength (Zechariah 4:6, John 15).  I know I have been talking about being strengthened a lot lately, and it is needed.  Look around you, “How many spiritually weak, impotent, and powerless leaders do you see?”  Exactly!

This is an important and pressing agenda item in the meetings I’m having with Elohim (God).  So, this is why He’s talking to you about it.  Even if the adjectives in the question posed about ministers does not describe you, you are deceived if you don’t think you need to tap into His strength in the way He’s been describing here.  We can’t even pray for hours without being strengthened by Holy Spirit.  If we can’t do even that in our own strength, what makes us think we can demonstrate His glory without virtue and strength leaving our body?  We can’t!  We must tap into the treasury daily in prayer.

Today, I prayed, “Lord, give me the strength and strategies I need to continue at this accelerated pace of Your glory.”  Mentee, you need to pray this prayer too.  Why?  It’s living, active, and powerful because it’s His words that He spoke through me to me (John 6:68)!  After I prayed this prayer, revelation overtook me and I started writing this to you.  The revelation is:  We need His strength and His strategies.”  The strategies God gives us brings us the strength we need to do His work.  The strategies free us up to focus on “the fish,” not the loaves.  When you aren’t bogged down with the cares of the world, you have tons of strength.  So, His strategies strengthen us and His imparted strength propels us to be in a position to receive His strategies.  Look at this awesome whirlwind of His Spirit that we can stay caught up in if we are willing to access the rich treasury.  I’ve gotta run now . . . the strength of His strategies is calling me.

Welcome back!  By now you know we should go beyond a “glow,” into a terrible brilliance.  So, today we explore what terrible and holy glory looks like on us.  My body is separated for your service LORD so I make glorious choices in determining what I eat (1 Corinthians 10:31).  My eyes are consecrated for your service, LORD so I watch what I set before them (Psalm 101:3).  My mind is made up and set apart for your service, LORD so I renew it daily with Your word (Psalm 26).  My heart is for You and Your service and I will connect it to those who have Your eternal life flowing from their heart (Proverbs 4:23).

I could go on and on as these are just some of the things He requires of me in each area of my temple.  How about you . . . what is He requiring of your body, eyes, mind, and heart?  This is what you must identify and get clear about in order to lay hold of the prize called holy glory.  If you aren’t specifically clear, it sounds like you’ve got a homework assignment, mentee.  One resource I know will jumpstart this is to pick up The Making if you haven’t already.  If you have, ask Him to lead you to the exact area that needs clarifying by directing you to the specific page(s) or chapter(s) in the book.  In closing, holy glory is terrible brilliance.

The Hebrew root of holy is q-d-h and is related to glory, separateness, purity, brightness, and terrible shining.  When I look at these words with my spiritual eyes, I see a progression of glory based on levels of holiness.  See, there is a shine or glow, if you will, that comes on you and over you as you cooperate with the sanctifying work of Holy Spirit (Ruach haKodesh).  It’s a beautiful; thing.  At the same time, why stop here when there is yet another level/dimension to lay hold of?  This dimension of which I speak and lay hold of is beyond a glow or a shine and is a terrible shining and brightness.  In case you aren’t aware, terrible is an adjective that is used to describe Elohim (God) and it means:  to tremble, be afraid, to cause to reverence, stupendous, wonderful, to hide, be afraid, godly, upright, to be feared, dreadful, admirable, wonderful, to put in fear, and to tremble for joy.  So a terrible shining causes one to reverence, fear, tremble, hide, dread, admire, and exclaim the stupendous wonder of those who are godly and upright.  Oh Prophetess Karen, how do I get there?  That’s a great question that we will explore tomorrow, mentee.

So all of us, with faces unveiled, see as in a mirror the glory of the Lord; and we are being changed into his very image, from one degree of glory to the next, by ADONAI the Spirit.” – 2 Corinthians 3:18 CJB

In yesterday’s post, I mentored you to take a look at the things you’ve haven’t obeyed to get clear about what’s stopping you from ascending into the glory.  We must come closer to His glory each and every day by coming closer to Him.  Our obedience is like a diving board or a springboard into the rivers of glory.  The more we obey, the deeper, higher, and wider we go in Him.  It’s time to ascend . . . daily.  We can go from glory to glory daily.  There is nothing stopping us except us!  It’s a conscious choice to allow Him to work both the will and the do in us.  Your obedience to God makes you unstoppable, impenetrable, and Satan proof.  No enemy can reach you when you live a life of one obedient act to the next.  The way the enemy trips us up, without even trying, is through our disobedience.  He knows the power of rebelling and disobeying firsthand.  He knows the road it leads us to, and therefore, he can put His feet upon the table, drink lemonade, and watch us like a good movie that He already knows the ending to.

On the other hand, when we consistently we obey, we release the power, glory, resources, and 100% complete backing of all of heaven and the heavenly hosts.  Now, what foe can withstand this?  No one foe can.  Isn’t that what the word tells us?  Stop thinking something outside of you is stopping you and start looking at how time and time again stop gaps are being set up in the realm of the spirit through your very own disobedience.  An obedient minister of God is a glorious minister of God.  Your steps of obedience are interconnected.  You see, when God tells you to do a thing it is connected to other things unfolding and manifesting in your life and ministry.  If you fail to take the first step of obedience, you miss out on all the steps that are connected to where God desires to bring you.  What I’m teaching you, mentee is that disobedience has a rippling effect and by the way so does disobedience.  I charge you and admonish you to obey and ascend.  Let’s pray:

Lord, thank you for making me 100% obedient 100% of the time through these posts on ascending that I may set the work you’ve assigned my hands on a path of ascending into your glory.  I am an obedient servant of the Most High Elohim (God).  It is through Yeshua’s name we pray.  Amen.
