How easily can you be broken?

And when he had given thanks, he brake it, and said, Take, eat: this is my body, which is broken for you: this do in remembrance of me. – 1 Corinthians 11:24

As I was taking communion recently, I noticed how easily the bread broke, and I heard Elohim say, “How easily can you be broken?”

Yahushua (Jesus) willingly offered His body to be broken. He didn’t fight, argue, or resist Elohim (God).  Elohim (God) desires to break each and everyone of us.  Not just once, but over and over again until every aspect of His personality and nature is infused into us and oozing out of us.  So do you cooperate with His breaking . . . or do you resist, run, flee, fight, argue, and disobey His promptings and leadings?  Are you easily broken or are you a tough case to crack?

How easily can you be broken?  He fills and empowers those who readily cooperate with His breaking and with His glory.  So it really isn’t a good thing to have someone say,”S/he isn’t easily broken?” Truly, it reveals your stubbornness, and I choose to cooperate with His breaking and making process.

Resting gloriously in Him,
