Mentee,
The last time you received a lesson, we explored the state of those who are in the workforce who are “perceived to be lucky, fortunate,” and even blessed to have a j-o-b during these though times. For us whether we have a job or not, our Father ensures we have what we need to live in this realm and do what He’s called us to do (Psalm 37:25, 2 Peter 1:3). That said, we shouldn’t be found striving, jockeying and competing for positions, steam rolling over folk to get what we believe we need, and entertaining gossip.
This is what I’ve come to equip you to handle today. When someone in the workforce approaches you and begins to gossip, you entertain it if:
#1 – You simply listen
#2 – You add to or validate what’s being said either verbally or through your body language and overall posture
We shouldn’t do either of the above. Here are some very practical strategies you can utilize:
Scenario #1
A co-worker, colleague, client, or your boss shares some horrible thoughts and opinions about someone else you work with or do with business. Here’s how you handle it. You say, “Hmm, I’m so surprised by what you’re saying about ______________ (fill in the blank with the person’s name they are gossiping about and slandering) because s/he has nothing but good things to say about you. I strongly suggest you go to him/her and tell them how you feel.
Scenario #2
In scenario, the same thing occurs, and your response is similar with a slight variation. Let me illustrate. You say, “Hmm, I’m so surprised by what you’re saying about ______________ (fill in the blank with the person’s name they are gossiping about and slandering) because that’s not my experience with him or her at all. I simply don’t tolerate ___________________ (fill in the blank with whatever the accusation or the gossip they’re spreading) that from anyone just like I don’t tolerate gossip. I hope this helps shed some light on how you might best deal with ___________________ (fill in the blank with the individual’s name they are talking about).
Beloved, both of these scenarios point back to the person who’s gossiping as “the problem” and puts the garbage back in their lap to deal with and clearly keeps you out of it. Also, by sharing what’s acceptable and not acceptable to you, you’re modeling how you want that individual to not only relate to you, but how you relate to the one person they’ve supposedly having bad feelings or ill will towards.
I pray these two glorious approaches help. If there are some things you do to handle gossip, I’d love to hear about them by replying to this post.
With rich glory,

Prophetess Karen M. Pina

Till I come, devote yourself to [public and private] reading, to exhortation (preaching and personal appeals), and to teaching and instilling doctrine.
Do not neglect the gift which is in you, [that special inward endowment] which was directly imparted to you [by the Holy Spirit] by prophetic utterance when the elders laid their hands upon you [at your ordination].
Practice and cultivate and meditate upon these duties; throw yourself wholly into them [as your ministry], so that your progress may be evident to everybody. – 1 Timothy 4:13-15 AMP
Many times we hear this scripture and we bypass the members of our family and go straight to being a blessing with our spiritual gifts to the church and the body.
Today, He sent me to tell you, don’t neglect the gift (i.e., the children, your heritage). Your children can and should benefit from the gifts He’s blessed you with, ministry and business leaders. For example, one of the spiritual gifts He’s blessed me with is teaching. Now what good is it for me to teach everyone else, but not teach the children He’s blessed me with what they need to know (i.e., both spiritually and naturally)? See, what’s He’s exposing through me?
It’s time to focus on being a minister right in your home. We are not fit to minister outside the home if we’ve not poured all we have out like a drink offering right into our very own seed (1 Timothy 3:4-5). Don’t neglect your gifts (i.e., your children).
With glorious wisdom,

Prophetess Karen M. Pina

Then they left that place and made their way through Galilee, but He did not want anyone to know it. For He was teaching His disciples and telling them, “The Son of Man is being betrayed into the hands of men. They will kill Him, and after He is killed, He will rise three days later.” But they did not understand this statement, and they were afraid to ask Him. – Mark 9:30-32 HCSB
This is one of 13 things Yahushua (Jesus) said in this chapter. The phrase in this verse spoke to me, and now it’s speaking to you.
There are many times in our walk with Yahushua that He says things we don’t quite grasp and understand. It is in these times He expects us to call out to the deep for understanding. I’ll never forget I was praying one day affirming what I know (i.e., revealed knowledge from the Father) about my call, and he interrupted me and said, “Karen, it’s not what you know you need to be concerned about, it’s what you don’t know.” Wow, I realized in that moment there is an unrevealed knowledge and wisdom of the Father concerning my authority that I’ll never know if I don’t seek it out. The same holds true for you, and you must not be afraid to “know.”
I believe this is the reason many leaders don’t ask Him the type of questions that reveal answers about their authority. They are afraid of the unknown! At the same time, He speaks through me and tells you what He told me, “It’s not what you know you need to be concerned about; it’s what you don’t know.”
The other reason many leaders don’t ask is because they are afraid of what He’ll tell them to do. Obviously, they didn’t read the fifth thing He said in this chapter. Let’s read it now together:
“. . . Everything is possible to the one who believes.” – Mark 9:23
Because everything is possible to those who believe, you don’t have to be afraid to ask Him to expound on what he asks or says, and you don’t have to be afraid of what He’ll tell you to do to operate in your authority as a believer.
My prayer is that you’ll meditate on this scripture until you’re no longer afraid to ask. I challenge you to ask Him this for the next 30 days, “What do I need to know today?” Wait, listen for the answer. He’ll speak unimaginable, glorious things, beloved. Don’t forget to do what He tells you so you can begin to operate in your authority. Are you afraid to ask?
Genuine wisdom,

Prophetess Karen M. Pina

Yesterday, Yahweh released this word to the body of Christ, and I’m impressed to share it here. I preface it by saying, “This is not aimed at specific ministry or business leader.”
Will you continue on the ancient path that wicked men have walked?
Everywhere you turn leaders are being ousted for sexual sins. At the same time, these leaders don’t possess David’s spirit. You see, when they are confronted with their sin, they lie, deny, and in some cases even crucify the one who confronts and inquires. The hearts of many leaders are surely wicked, and they are not turned to Yahweh (God). These men and women are not after Yahweh’s heart, but are after the lusts of the flesh, the pride of life, and the lusts of the eyes.
Because they are not quick to confess and repent, they are snatched away before their time and their foundations are washed away like a river (Job 22:16). Instead of running to Yahweh to be cleansed of their sin, they say, “Leave us alone, God (Job 22:17)!”
Oh what a tangled, deceptive web Satan laid that entrapped them in uncleanness and bondage.
“So any person who knows what is right to do but does not do it, to him it is sin.” – James 4:16 AMP
In some instances, it’s simply man choosing wrong over right. When man chooses man-made glory over Yahweh’s glory, they end up walking on the same ancient path that wicked kings before them walked. Will you continue on the ancient path that wicked men have walked (Job 22:15 HCSB)?
If you need ordained direction and support back to your foundation, we are here and we are a confidential, anointed safe space in which you can get free and experience His glory (i.e., His power, character, and nature) once again.
Blessed and happy and to be envied are those whose iniquities are forgiven and whose sins are covered up and completely buried.– Romans 4:7 AMP
If you’re going to cover your sins, you don’t need Him to cover them, and He can’t cover what you conceal. Come clean to be cleansed, beloved. He’s waiting with open, merciful, loving arms of atonement and forgiveness. The fallout of sexual sin is devastating. It ruins marriages, families, lives, ministries, churches, and elections and callings unnecessarily. There is an option, and it is honest confession and true repentance. How many casualties will you take with you by continuing on the ancient path of wicked kings? Unharden your heart and hear His voice (Hebrews 4:7).
With great grace,

Prophetess Karen M. Pina

Beloved mentee,
I’m easing back into the swing of things as I continue seeking His face concerning next steps and direction and today in prayer He spoke this and I knew to share it with you.
As you may or may not know or recall, glory is defined as the character, nature, and power of Yahweh. He’s spent that past two years teaching you, through me, about glory primarily from the aspect of His character and nature because this is the order in which He releases glory to us. So many folks in ministry speak of glory from the power aspect only (i.e., doing the works of Yahushua) and yet fail to speak of the character and nature of Yahushua and Yahweh (i.e., the being like Father and the Son).
Today’s post focuses on the power aspect of His glory and further defines glory based on the Hebrew word kabowd pronounced kä·vōde’. Kabowd means honor, splendor, abundance, dignity, reputation, reverence, riches, magnificence, and precious things. The figurative meaning of this word is heaviness, to be weighty/influential. In light of this, Yahweh is asking, “Are you seeking honor, splendor, abundance, dignity, a reputation, reverence, riches, magnificence, precious things, and to be influential from other people?”
“For we never used flattering speech, as you know, or had greedy motives —God is our witness and we didn’t seek glory from people, either from you or from others.” – 1 Thess 2:5-6 HCSB
We see from the above scripture this is not what we should do. As a ministry leader, those who you have preached the gospel to that have receive it and are imitating you as you imitate Christ are the people who become your glory and joy. Look at this:
“For who is our hope, or joy, or crown of boasting in the presence of our Lord Jesus at His coming? Is it not you? For you are our glory and joy!” – 1 Thess 2:19-20 HCSB
You see, unmade leaders seek glory from men, and made leaders cause others to become glorious, honorable, rich, weighty, prosperous, influential men. Which kind of leader are you . . . made or unmade? If unmade, you can begin the making process by clicking here.
With rich glory,

A double minded man is unstable in all His ways. You’ve been vacillating back and forth about whether you are or your God is actually victorious? You’ve been vacillating back and forth about whether He can or ever will set you free . . . totally. Today, I tell you to put a stake in the ground once and for all. I admonish you to simply make up your mind and believe that He is already victorious. He’s already made the Way for you to be free. He’s already given you all things that pertain to life and godliness. His best is yours (Galatians 5:22-23).
Put a stake in the ground . . . today! Plant that stake deep in the soil of your heart and don’t let anything uproot it.
7 You were running the race nobly. Who has interfered in (hindered and stopped you from) your heeding and following the Truth?
8 This [evil] persuasion is not from Him Who called you [Who invited you to freedom in Christ]. – Galatians 5:7-8 AMP
1 IN [this] freedom Christ has made us free [and completely liberated us]; stand fast then, and do not be hampered and held ensnared and submit again to a yoke of slavery [which you have once put off]. – Galatians 5:1 AMP
Lavishly secure,

My declaration today is: “I’m living!” I’m taking Romans 12:2 serious. I’m taking Ephesians 3:3 serious. I want to be very clear that I’ve died many deaths to reach this point. I’ve laid down my life and all my plans for it that I might live His life. Are you livin’ today? You are if He’s alive in you. You are if every day you decrease living your life and increase in living the life He gave you to live. I’m not bound by dead works, dead religion, or dead demonic power. I’m alive in Christ, and Christ is alive in me. Today, I’m livin.’ I’m livin’ free, victorious, powerful, peaceful, loving, and full of His abundant life!
Lavishly secure,

Many leaders, who cooperate with the Spirit of Yahweh, are delivered in the secret place and unless they share with you what He’s pruning and purging, you would have no idea. This week we’ve been stirring our faith in our Yahweh’s will, desire, and power to set us free. I don’t know about you, but when I come out of this and I am totally set free from what’s ailing me, I’m not going to shut up! I’m going to tell it everywhere I go. I’m going to be like those in the Bible who Yahushua tried to keep silent about who He was and what He had done for them, but they ran to the entire town and told it anyway. Beloved, I’m going to shout it from the rooftop. I’m going to proclaim His fame as healer and deliverer, and it doesn’t stop there. For me, I must go forward and set other captives free who are enslaved by the same things that once had me bound. I will shout their deliverance and freedom from the rooftops too. How about you . . . will you shout, publish, and proclaim your deliverance and healing when He sets you free? Or will you retreat and keep all the good news of this Gospel to yourself?
As for me and my household (both spiritual and natural), we will shout it from the rooftops!
Lavishly secure,

Prophetess Karen M. Pina

Yesterday we laid the foundation of this lesson by exposing the deeds and actions of professing ministers who deceive themselves and others into believing Yahweh’s glory is with them. The Isaiah passage of scripture tells us that the righteous will eat the fruit of their deeds. The glorious fruit of the righteous can be eaten in its entirety. They become a habitation of His glory. The food and the fruit they dispense fulfill the spiritual hunger of those who are hungering and thirsting after glorious manifestations and results.
The Lord stands up to contend, and stands to judge the peoples and His people. – Isaiah 3:13 AMP
The day where your actions and speech are being judged is here and woe to the wicked for what their hands and mouth have done. Woe to the proud and arrogant who have flaunted their sins before Yahweh’s eyes and provoked His glory. He is standing at attention and every leader that is causing others to err and tripping them up on this path shall behold His glory, but not in the way they tout. For He has entered into glorious judgment with them. Let’s not ever forget the judgment attribute of His glory.
10 Say to the righteous that it shall be well with them, for they shall eat the fruit of their deeds.
11 Woe to the wicked! It shall be ill with them, for what their hands have done shall be done to them. – Isaiah 3:10-11 AMP

8For Jerusalem is ruined and Judah is fallen, because their speech and their deeds are against the Lord, to provoke the eyes of His glory and defy His glorious presence.
9Their respecting of persons and showing of partiality witnesses against them; they proclaim their sin like Sodom; they do not hide it. Woe to them! For they have brought evil [as a reward upon themselves].
10Say to the righteous that it shall be well with them, for they shall eat the fruit of their deeds.
11Woe to the wicked! It shall be ill with them, for what their hands have done shall be done to them. - Isaiah 3:8-11 AMP
There are professing ministers of the gospel who deceive themselves and others about Yahweh’s glorious presence abiding and dwelling and moving amongst them. As the scriptures shows their actions (and speech) are against Yahweh. Of course, it’s not the actions and speech that we see that matters, but what Yahweh sees with His eyes, and what He sees them doing and saying is provoking His glory and defying His glory, not reverencing, but irritating His glory. So, then how could His glory be dwelling, abiding, and moving in their midst?
Embracing glory,

Prophetess Karen M. Pina
