I Can’t Make Out His Face! – Part I
Tuesday, November 24th, 2009For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face: now I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known.” – 1 Corinthians 13:12
When I mentor others, I’m looking for an image of Christ to show forth through them. This is one way I know the impact of the mentoring that is taking place.
Now I’m not talking about seeing this in the natural. What I’m referencing is in the spirit. If Elohim (God) shows me you in a vision as an image that is somewhat blurred, and I can still make out that it is you (i.e., your physical characteristics), the making process isn’t complete.
What He’s trained me to look for when He flashes a vision of you to me is His face. I should be able to see a clear image of Yahushua Mashiyach (Jesus Christ), with the understanding/knowing that it’s you. I can’t make out His face right now; there’s still too much of you remaining. There is still too much duality (e.g., part Jesus’ face, part your face).
Tomorrow we will expand this concept and mentor you into a more accurate reflection of Him.
Resting gloriously in Him,
